Anders Park

Anders' field of work covers project management and client design advice, based on experiences from a number of national and international projects. His professional skills ranges from strategic briefing through sketching and detailed design to construction and handover. Anders holds a high level of professional curiosity and a strong holistic understanding of both the financial, planning, technical, architectural and aesthetic aspects of project development - including sustainability. In 2011 Anders received the Natural Stone Award from the Guild of Stonemasons in Denmark, as honor for his special use of stone materials on the Scandinavian Golf Club Project.

On a wide variety of projects - ranging from residential buildings through offices, factories and hospitals to educational institutions, sports facilities, museums and theatres - Anders has demonstrated a remarkable overview of the different project scales and stages. Thus, he has gained vast experience of managing a broad variety of projects, including complex, large-scale projects such as the Nordea Bank Headquarters and the Copenhagen Opera. Corresponding is his experience in handling the dialogue with clients, users, public authorities, consultants, suppliers and contractors.

Since 2007 Anders has been heading a number of international teams. The Georgian projects include a ballet school, a cultural centre, an aquarium, a hotel as well as client design advice regarding planning of new campus areas for the two largest universities in Tbilisi. The Spanish projects includes design of a congress centre in Lanzarote, Palacio de Congresos and a winery in Valbuena.

Most recently Anders has been project manager for Nordea Bank's Domicil in Ørestad/Copenhagen and furthermore a residential and commercial building as well as student residences in Copenhagen.
