Hyllie Offices

The building has a sculptural, monolithic expression. Conceptually, it can be considered as a large split rock consisting of three natural volumes, created by the splitting process.

The size of the three buildings varies from 6-9,000 flexible and multi-functional square metres. The ground floor comprises shops and offices, and the volumes are connected by glass bridges. A green courtyard between the buildings will create a peaceful oasis in the area, inspired by Hackesche Höfe in Berlin.

The building is designed according to EU Green Building standards. Thus, daylight studies have formed an important part of the design process to create an optimal work environment with reduced use of artificial light. In addition, the special facade structure contributes to achieving an energy consumption of 45 kWh/m2/year.
