The impressive 13-meter-tall green wall at the concierge is inspired by the scenic motive of a Chinese landscape painting. A sense of depth is created through rich selection of tropical foliage and mosses, interspersed with vertical stone fins.
15 plant species of tropical green tones are delicately accented with textured and colourful foliage. The feature living wall has been designed as a “display window”. Artful indoor luminaires reflect the interior foliage outside, through the glass façade. The exterior landscape in the frontage of the hotel complements the “display window” with a delicate naturalistic design combined with formal elements. Lush façade greenery promotes the unique branding of the hotel, while enhancing the vibrant adjacent public space.
The atrium ‘green heart’ of the hotel features a tropical forest thriving across multiple floors. Guests can enjoy the unique experience of mingling within the setting of stylish and contemporary interior design paired with lush greenery. Over 40 tree specimens and 25 species of shrubs and groundcovers, provide air filtration and absorb ambient noise. The height of the atrium with its skylight gives the perception of an external space. A garden inside a hotel.
The material selection of architectural finishes, birds nest pavilions, artistically integrated lighting concept and the melodic chirping of live songbirds, create a biophilic indoor environment.
