  • We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Business Development Coordinator with previous experience in similar roles to help us grow throughout Europe and MEAP.  

    Join our international business development team
    in central Copenhagen, where you will be part of the business development department working closely with the leadership to support the acquisition of new projects and prioritize opportunities and coordinate submissions from start to finish including PQs and RFPs. It is a dynamic role, and we are looking for a proactive, organized, flexible, hands-on individual with a can-do attitude.

    We are looking for someone who can:
        • Coordinate submissions from start to finish including PQs/RFPs for architecture, landscape architecture, master planning and urban design opportunities.
        • Run several simultaneous pursuits.
        • Proactively pursue opportunities and clients.
        • Critically assess new opportunities and clients. 
        • Research, secure, and coordinate international teams of consultants including local architects, engineers, and other specialists for bids.
        • Lead calls and orchestrate fee proposals with clients and consultants in collaboration with our Design Directors and Head of Departments.
        • Build and maintain relationships with a vast network of clients, consultants, and collaborators.
        • Coordinate/prepare PowerPoint presentations and PDF booklets/marketing material projects sheets, CVs, and portfolios.
    • Monitor, analyze, and gather industry intelligence on key markets within the Europe and MEAP regions. 
    • Maintain internal CRM system, project and practice information and generate reports.
    • Contribute to weekly business development meeting with sector leaders.
        
    What do we expect from you?
    • You have experience from similar position(s) in leading international architecture/landscape/urban design firms, or other creative industry.
    • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in related field (i.e., Architecture, Business, Marketing, Communications, etc.)
    • Excellent English (native or equivalent) writing skills are essential.
    • Demonstrable track record in successfully pursuing opportunities and winning architecture, master planning and landscape projects.
    • Demonstrable experience of creating engaging written and graphic content for submission materials and client presentations. 
    • Practical skills in designing and preparing graphic layouts. 
    • Proficiency in MS Office (incl. PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) is essential.
    • Superior attention to detail and quality with a good graphic eye.
    • Self-starter; highly organized and adept in prioritizing multiple complex tasks.
    • A keen interest in architecture, landscape and urbanism, excellent understanding of the build environment industry. 
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar systems is a plus
