In your role as Architectural/Design Communications Intern, you will work alongside colleagues from around the world to shape and share the stories of our architecture and design.Your responsibilities will include
• Managing press inquiries
• Producing content for our website, such as news pieces and interviews
• Maintaining presentations of ongoing projects
Supporting the development and execution of Architectural PR and Communication strategies
• Assisting in key award submissions
• Assistance in planning and executing PR events
• Assistance in producing project related visual and written material
During the internship, you will gain a broad insight into the international architecture market and media network while working with public relations and branding in the creative industry. You will work closely with our Press and Content Editor while also collaborating with many different partners, project managers and architects from our studio.Who are you?
We are looking for a native English speaking, ambitious, and communications-savvy intern with excellent writing skills and or graphic skills. Experience with or interest in architecture and design is preferred, but we are especially looking for someone who is independent, efficient, and friendly.
The ideal candidate enjoys a challenging, fast-paced environment, and has a bachelor’s degree in architecture, journalism, communications, or English. We expect you to be ambitious, highly proactive, organized and self-disciplined. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and InDesign skills are required.
The position is based in our Copenhagen office; we seek minimum 6 – 12 month commitments with the opportunity for extension and advancement. Start date May/June 2020. The internship is paid. Who are we?
