• Business Development Manager in China

    • As our Business Development Manager in China, you will be part of an international, ambitious and hardworking team. You will work together with dedicated colleagues with the ambition to assess and pursue potential projects for Henning Larsen Architects that are aligned with our global strategy and high architectural ambitions.

      About the position
      Working closely with the Managing Director, you will be based in Shanghai and run the company’s business development and communication in China on a daily basis.

      Areas of responsibilities:
      • conduct market research and status updates in the interests of new business
      • prepare PR materials and outreach to Chinese media
      • assist in managing the social media
      • manage and prepare the response to EOI/RFQ/RFP/RFI
      • track and report on the progression of new business leads
      • develop a library of bid submission documents
      • manage our CRM database
      • cross organizational coordination with Business Development and Communication

      What do we expect?
      Candidates have experience from a business/marketing/ communication domain - ideally familiar with the field of architecture in China.

      As a person, you have excellent communication and organization skills. You have a talent for writing concisely and clearly in both English and Chinese and for summarizing key information. Further, you are able to multi-task and can easily navigate in a fast-paced environment. Finally, you are bilingual in English and Chinese. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop is an advantage.
