  • Henning Larsen NY is seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to take ownership of the full-time role of Studio Assistant at our internationally renowned architectural firm. The Studio Assistant will work closely with our Studio Manager and take pride in maintaining both of our studio locations in Tribeca. We opened our New York office in September 2018 and our second location in October 2021 and are looking for a new colleague who is interested in joining us as we grow.

    The Studio Assistant will perform a variety of tasks pertaining to the maintenance, organization and culture in the studio, with initiative and attention to detail. These include:

    Daily Operations: Opening and closing both office locations. Upkeep of all areas in the studios including Kitchen, Conference Rooms, IT Supply Closet, and assisting the Model Shop manager with the Model Shop. This includes general organization and maintenance of supplies. You will also liaise with facility vendors as arranged by the Studio Manager.

    Digital: Support the studio with basic AV set up of conference room meetings and minor IT coordination under the guidance of the Studio Manager, including setting up workstations, minor troubleshooting, cable management, tech supply orders.

    Administration: The Studio Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks in the studio including incoming and outgoing mail and packages, scanning/filing, establishing organization systems, and other ad Hoc administration.

    Client Services & Events: Work alongside the Studio Manager to execute planning for employee and client events throughout the year including client meetings, weekly happy hour, team lunches, and annual staff events.

    The Studio Assistant will be exceptionally organized and possess strong problem-solving skills. They will be a clear communicator, take pride in accuracy, and have proficiency with MS Office. The ideal candidate will be positive, proactive and can manage multiple ongoing tasks efficiently. You must be eligible to work in the United States.
