      Topping-out Ceremony at Islands Brygge

The first phase of the housing project “Polaris” at Islands Brygge in Copenhagen was celebrated this week with a topping-out ceremony. The project is expected to be completed by July 2017.

    • The first phase consists of 120 apartments and is the first of five buildings with 5-600 apartments in total to be situated at HavneBryggen, which is designed by Henning Larsen Architects for PensionDanmark. The next state will start shortly, and all five buildings are expected to be finished within the next few years.

In a press release, CEO of PensionDanmark Torben Möger Pedersen states: “These will be particularly appealing quality apartments with a fantastic location by the waterfront, large south- and west facing balconies , and views over the harbor and Amager Fælled in the backyard. It is no surprise that almost every apartment has already been sold.”
