      Inside Pandora’s Branded Workspace

We have transposed Pandora’s brand and core values into an effective and eventful workplace at the jewelry company’s new offices at Havneholmen in Copenhagen.

    • At Pandora’s new headquarters in Copenhagen, the soft and feminine brand has been integrated into the interior design of all floors, without compromising a pleasant and professional work environment. The feminine universe has been converted into a more timeless and work-friendly design, centered around the interpretation of a winding ribbon as the recurring design feature.

“The Ribbon” appears in different versions and materials, such as partitions, glass markings and decorations in special branded areas, and the design feature thereby ties the office together across departments and functions. The design concept is supported by an ambitious furniture strategy, which prioritizes good workmanship, soft shapes and high-quality materials.

      Driven by employees’ needs

The needs of the employees, as well as the company’s product and core values, have formed the basis for the development of a design concept. Throughout the process, Pandora’s management and representatives from different departments of the company have been involved in the concept development, in order to create the most optimal framework for the individual employee’s tasks and functions.

We provided all design services from vision, strategy, concept development and user involvement with space planning and projecting, hereunder color and material selections as well choice and design of furniture and equipment, to preparation of a wayfinding concept and sign design as well as implementation and follow-up.
