Heading to the harbor for a new mixed-use office and Performing Arts Center in Boston
Our design for Boston Seaport Block L5 (One Boston Wharf Road), developed in collaboration with WS Development, translates the character of Boston’s Fort Point neighborhood into a major new commercial hub for the city
We’re thrilled to share the news of our latest project in Boston, a mixed-use office and retail hub in the city’s Seaport district. The 707,000 square foot tower is primarily dedicated for office use but will also include space for a long-planned performing arts center in the district.
The project was presented to the Boston Civic Design Commission for review at its February 2, 2021 meeting.
