Werner is Managing Director of Germany, and Founding Partner of Henning Larsen’s office in Munich. He is responsible for overseeing the strategic development of Henning Larsen in Germany, and manages the studio's large projects for both public and private clients across the country. He is a project manager with an impressive overview and a thorough experience in the management of complex projects, balancing considerations of time schedules, budgets, and architectural quality. Furthermore, he has the valuable ability to secure a constructive and open dialogue between clients and consultants. With these abilities, he manages projects towards their completion with a high degree of professionalism.
Werner has led significant projects in Denmark and Norway, including the Novo Nordisk’s Global Headquarters and Viborg Town Hall. His experience extends from contractual negotiations to secure the quality of the final details in the construction phase. He has overseen the completion of a number of important projects in Germany such as the Siemens Global Headquarters. Siemens is one of the world’s largest producers of sustainable technologies and its headquarters is among the most resource and energy efficient workspaces in Europe with a highly ambitious sustainable profile. Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, The Stuttgart Visitor and Media Center and a new research facility ZSW Centre for Solar Energy and Hydrogen Research.
