  • With Karma Sushi, Henning Larsen set out to create a space that shapes a meal into an experience. The layout, design, and lighting of Karma Sushi work to bring greater focus on the food, working in synergy with sushi’s cultural and aesthetic heritage. Emphasis on raw materials in the interior décor reflects the raw materials of the cuisine, like unfinished wood, stone and leather meet at the intersection of Japanese and Scandinavian minimalist design. The result is an environment purpose-built for enjoying fine food in good company; a restaurant that reflects its menu down to the last detail.
