PwC moves Danish headquarters to Copenhagen’s waterfront district

PwC’s new headquarters will foster connectivity between old and new districts in “Nordhavn” – Copenhagen’s new waterfront district.

    • Multinational professional services network PwC will relocate its Danish headquarters to “Marmormolen” in “Nordhavn”, a new district at the Copenhagen waterfront. We designed the office building which will be located at the very beginning of the “Marmormolen” – a significant location with regards to both existing and new districts of “Nordhavn”.

According to Senior Partner and CEO of PwC, Mogens Nørgaard Mogensen, the ambition is “to create a vivid house of knowledge that unlock future possibilities of innovation and collaborations to PwC and our clients.”

The building design evolves around an atrium divided into 12 cubes of various heights. That way, the building adapt to the scale of the harbor and its remaining structures as well as the newly established canal and the surrounding developments at “Marmormolen”. The facades, terraces, and roof are proposed to be covered with greens.

In total the building covers 28,000 m2 making room for more than 1,500 workplaces along with extensive conference- and training facilities.
