The tower building is one of our largest and most sustainable buildings. Thanks to its characteristic, jagged form, the building is striking urban landmark. The split marks the transition between the office floors and homes. At first glance, the building appears to be a traditional glass skyscraper, but a closer look reveals the facade's duality. It is both transparent and solid at one and the same time. This is due to the surfacing of angled stone panels, which are mounted on the glass facade's exterior. Beyond the architectural and visual effect, the panels provide the building with an integrated shield from the sun, reducing energy consumption.
