Global Director, Landscape
As the world faces unprecedented challenges from climate change, biodiversity loss, and water crises, the need for landscape design that prioritizes ecological balance and resource management has never been more critical.
Franziska joins us with over 20 years of experience in landscape architecture, holding several leadership positions, most recently as Associate Partner and Head of the Norwegian Market at SLA in Oslo. Her previous experience also includes working at MVRDV in Rotterdam, as well as in Chicago and Berlin.
Focusing on our expertise in biodiversity, nature restoration and water-sensitive design, Franziska's leadership, in close collaboration with Managing Director, Jacob Kurek, will develop our studios in Denmark, Germany, Norway, and Singapore as centers of excellence for landscape design.
Our projects include Vinstra Park in Norway, Rifle Range Nature Park in Singapore, CERN’s Prevessin campus in France, Dongguan Central Park in China, BESTSELLER Logistic Center West in the Netherlands, Climate Resiliency Block in Copenhagen and Offenbach Harbor in Germany.
I took this role to make a meaningful impact at a time when landscape architecture has never been more essential. The challenges we face with climate change and biodiversity loss demand bold thinking and new approaches.
